The Sandcastle is casual and comfortable. It’s the perfect spot for those looking to experience family fun, delicious dining and breathtaking sunsets

My wife and I have enjoyed Sandcastle several times. Our rating is 100% great!! The house is just as advertised. Everything always works. If you want ocean and views and beach this is perhaps the best spot in Manzanita. Easy walk into town yet when at the house it is just ocean, surf, beach and views. What about Manzanita? It gets 100% also. No structure over 2 stories. Town is trapped by geography, Nehalem Bay, the state park and is not overbuilt. Weekends are a little busy in town. Weekdays are not. Fun places and great food and beverages. A Mighty Thai, San Dune, Left Coast Siesta, Yolk are some of our faves. Lots of stuff to do up and down the coast. There are no chain stores or eateries. Groceries, fresh fish and alcohol in town. We have rented houses many places in US and Europe and this is the only one we go back to – and Will some more!!
