RENTAL POLICIES:

For ALL Rentals,

 regardless of Season:

Refundable security deposit is

equal to one night’s rental.

It is due at the time you book

your stay and will reserve

your time at

The Sandcastle.

Full payment must be received

 30 days prior to your arrival.

$200 cleaning fee

11.5% lodging tax

Rates subject to change

without notice.

Guest check-in time is

4:00PM 

Guest check-out time is

11:00AM

Guests may park up to 2

vehicles at The Sandcastle.

 Please do not use beach wood

in our wood stove insert.

CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation is made

prior to 60 days in advance of your

reservation,

50% of your deposit will be

 refunded. 

No refunds will be given if less

than a 60 day notice.

RELEASE OF SECURITY

DEPOSIT

The security deposit will be

released within 2 weeks of

your departure,

provided there has been no

damage to the home.

NO PETS | NO SMOKING

 NO EXCEPTIONS

We appreciate you respecting

that The Sandcastle is a Pet

Free, Smoke Free home. 

This includes ALL forms of

smoking.  If evidence of pet

 and/or smoking is noted,

THE SECURITY DEPOSIT

 WILL BE FORFEITED

and you will be removed from

 the rental list.
